Located just off the main transit corridor, the Crestner Health campus was designed with accessibility in mind. We offer ample, well-lit parking directly adjacent to the main entrance, including dedicated spots for expectant mothers and those with limited mobility.

Visiting Hours & Policies
General visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. However, hours may vary for Intensive Care (ICU) and Maternity units.
To ensure a restful environment, we generally allow two visitors per patient at a time. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, the Crestner Commons is located on the Garden Level, serving hot meals, grab-and-go options, and premium coffee from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Parking & Arrival
We offer complimentary parking for the first two hours. Valet services are available at the Main Entrance and Emergency Department for a flat daily fee.
All patients should check in at the Welcome Desk in the Main Lobby. If you are arriving for a surgery, follow the signs for "Surgical Admissions" located on the 2nd floor.
Yes. If you require assistance getting from your car to the lobby, please use the call button at the drop-off lane or speak to a greeter at the door.

The South Parking Garage is closed for resurfacing through March 20. Please use the North Valet Entrance for all Cardiology and Imaging appointments.
