As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with issues that range from chronic mental illness and co-occurring substance use, to strategies for living a more fulfilling life. Oftentimes, there are barriers for people to overcome in seeking therapy, therefore I take a relaxed approach that makes the experience more comfortable.

To me, it’s important to see things from a holistic perspective and help clients identify their individual strengths and goals. We will start from whatever point you are at and work together through the process of change, empowerment and recovery.
